Welcome to the Perfume Hub Philippines platform. The service we provide or make available include selling of tester perfumes. Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS
The products that we sell should not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. As a buyer/registered buyer, you understand that your credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
- PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, to limit the quantities of any products that we offer, to discontinue any product at any time. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. The product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners. All product names used on this website are for identification purposes only. Use of these names, logos, and brands does not necessarily imply endorsement. We do not guarantee that the quality of any product/s obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the shipping/service will be corrected.
- MODIFICATION OF PRICE
Prices of our products on the platform may change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify the product prices and we shall not be liable to anyone for any price modification or suspension.
- ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/contact number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Allowing us to collect your personal information (name, address, email address and contact number) is covered by our Privacy Policy.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that from time to time we may remove a product for indefinite periods of time, without notice to you. You agree that your use of, or inability to use, the product is at your sole risk. The products delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our online service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
By using our online service (selling and/or buying products) and by registering with your personal information (name, address, email address and contact number), you give your irrevocable acceptance of and consent to the terms of this agreement including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or linked hereto.
If you do not agree to Perfume Hub Philippines’ terms, please do not buy our products or access our online store site. If you are under the age of 18, you must get permission from a parent or legal guardian to register an account that parent or legal guardian must agree to the terms of this agreement.
